While growing up as the oldest of eleven children, Oatmeal Cookies were a healthy and hearty family staple. Susan began making this version in 1987 in Cincinnati, Ohio where she lived for a short time. Over the years they have become known as Susan's Cookies. Made with organic oats, organic brown sugar and coconut these cookies have quickly became everyone's favorite treat.
